Goods can be cancelled up until dispatch confirmation. Users wishing to cancel an order can do so by emailing email@example.com. Notification that your order has been cancelled will be sent to your email address.
You have the right to examine goods once received by you. In doing so, however, you must not tamper, damage or otherwise remove any hygienic seals on the goods. Refunds will only be given where goods are returned to us undamaged and unused (including where hygiene seals have not been tampered with, damaged or removed) within 28 days from the dispatch date, along with the original packaging. You will be liable for the cost of returning cancelled goods. Refunds will be made within 72 hours after the return of goods. Any goods cancelled after the 28-day timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note goods that have been embroidered, badged, or print cannot be returned unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we additionally cannot accept the return of Products that have been assembled to follow your requirements or items that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range.
