Return Information

Returns Policy: 
 
At Stiven, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with replacements or refunds. 
 
Return Methods 
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you have received the wrong item or your order is faulty, we will arrange a collection for return. 
Other Returns: For all other reasons, we kindly ask that you arrange the return of the items yourself. 
 
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by:

Be sure to include your order number and details of the item in question. 
 
General Trade Returns 
To return goods for any other reason: 
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order via sales@stiven.co.uk 
Include your order number, sales order, or invoice number, and item details. 
We will send you a Returns Form to complete. 
Items must be returned within 14 days of notification. 
 
Customised Items 
We will replace any faulty customised items. 
However, we cannot accept returns for customised items that are not faulty. 
Please take care when designing your custom clothing before submitting for production. 
 
Return Conditions 
You have 28 days after receiving your order to complete a return. 
Items must be: Unworn, Unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. 
 
Important Notes 
Delivery surcharges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 
Stiven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions. 
Non-compliant items may be returned to you at your expense or incur a re-packaging fee. 
We recommend using tracked delivery and obtaining Proof of Postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
